Anyone who knows me could tell you that organization is not exactly my strong suit. Call up any one of my roommates over the years and I’m sure they could fill your ear with tales of the disaster area that was my room. Well, now that I’m a parent and trying to work from home I think it’s about time I turn over a new leaf. Granted I’m not tripping over my clothes anymore but that’s because they are all stuffed in my closet. Ah ha! So I’ve found these great products to help get my home in order and if any of you are like me and need to make your life more streamlined they might help you too!
Since it’s January, I’m sure many of us are wading through a sea of gift cards. I’ve definitely misplaced more than my fair share of them in the past. Well now gift cards can have a home with this gift card log at Intuition. Never miss out on a trip to the Gap or lunch at P.F. Chang’s again!
I don’t have a ton of storage space and this nifty wrap center from organization mecca The Container Store will fit perfectly under my bed and store all those wrapping paper rolls and bows that I got on sale after the holidays!
For those urban guys and gals who order out like it’s their job, how about a take-out menu organizer. This would have been a life saver for me after the baby was born and my husband and I were too exhausted to even think about cooking.
Being the girly girl that I am, I have a ridiculous collection of purses. With this handy dandy over the door organizer available at organizeit.com, my favorites could be at the tip of my fingers.
I don’t know about you but I hate, loathe and abominate doing laundry but with this hamper, also at organizeit.com, that separates lights and darks maybe my hatred would dull a little.
If you have decided that 2009 is the perfect time to get your life systematized these products are just the thing to get you going! Happy organizing!
