Champagne Saturday: Snow Bound

It’s the last weekend before Christmas which means the last weekend of parties, shopping and all the holiday festivities (tear!).  I hope you are all out there having a great time and enjoying the season!  Here in Annapolis, we had our first snow this week.  So, I thought what better way to celebrate than head out for a snow romp?  Once we’re back inside and all warmed up, I have the perfect mini-bottle of champagne that my friend Cait brought me last weekend.  Isn’t it just adorable?! And perfect for one, seeing as Floyd would much rather have just about any other beverage than champagne.  It’s not his thing I guess.  Oh well, more for me!

What I’m wearing: Hunter boots with pink fleece liners.  I bought these last year from Zappos for a steal $60! At first I wasn’t sure about the color celery but over time I’ve grown to love it.  Even better are the cozy inserts that come in all colors.  A girl has got to coordinate!

I’m also sporting a Burberry scarf I received as a gift last year (swoon!), my denim leggings from Gap and a sweater I picked up recently from the Banana Republic outlet.

My silly photo shoots with Floyd always crack me up!  I’m sure the neighbors think we’re weird.  Make sure to send us a link highlighting what you’re doing or wearing to get in on the Champagne Saturday fun.  We’ll post it here for all to see. Happy holidays!

Those boots, with the liners, look so warm and comfortable. I need a pair of boots for this snow (we had a good couple of inches today!!). And your scarf is so pretty.

I’m spending most of today cleaning then I’m going to curl up with a good book and/or watch some movies. When the kids fall asleep, I’m going to start wrapping presents.

I LOVE those Hunter boots! I have plain black ones (bor-ing), but in the winter I always wish that I bought the fleece lined ones! I LOVE that pink Burberry scarf – I feel like you keep one-upping me (not in a bad way), because your pink one is SO much cuter than my plain, regular patterned one! And that mini champagne bottle is too cute for words!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
