Color Block Crush

michael kors pre fall 2011

via

I’ve always loved the bold graphic nature of color block pieces. This sweater from Michael’ Kors’ Pre-Fall 2011 collection is the perfect example of one. I love everything from that gorgeous electric blue and black top, to the cropped trousers and white pumps. What a laid back, yet chic statement the whole ensemble makes! This BCBG Max Azria number in a similar color palette struck a chord with me as well! Y’all know how I love my electric blue!

Let’s hear from you lovelies…Will you be rockin’ the color block trend this year?

    Hi Kristin,
There has been nothing but talk of colour block when it comes to fashion over here in fashion circles. I’m not sure that it’s me but, I always say that and within a couple of weeks I’m wearing it !!……but, then again, I might just stick to my favourite black !!!! XXXX
