Easter Brunch Cocktail

Easter is almost here and it definitely seems like the holiday snuck up fast this year! We were just singing our Irish tunes in a pub last week! With Easter only a few days away, I’m just now getting organized for the weekend. Of course like any holiday I love a good signature cocktail, they just add so much fun to the day! This jelly bean cocktail is easy and cute!

Easter Brunch Jelly Bean Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 0z limoncello
Champagne or Prosecco
Lemon Zest
Blueberries (for garnish)
Jelly beans (for garnish)

Directions:

Pour 1 oz of limoncello in champagne glass. Fill remaining with champagne or prosecco. Garnish with a few blueberries and lemon zest. Take a toothpick and string it with coordinating jelly beans. (Note: I used a safety pin to poke a hole in each jelly bean before placing on the toothpick.) Relax and enjoy!
