Fit and Flare for Spring

Fit and Flare Dress

Fit and Flare Dress

The fit and flare dress is a classic silhouette. It looks great on almost everyone. I wore this Tracy Reece fit and flare number last spring just a few months after having Max. I had to go to a conference and I definitely felt like the look accentuated all the right places and still kept it feeling pulled together and classy. I tend to rely on fit and flare dresses when I need to go from work to happy hour. Throw on a cardigan for work and you’re all set! This also helps in our random spring time weather here in Maryland. One moment it’s 40 degrees and then next it’s 70 degrees.

So, now that we all agree that the fit and flare dress is a closet staple, let’s scope out a few great looks for the season! Here are four of my favorite fit and flare dresses that are flattering and can take you from work, to happy hour, to baby shower and even to date night. Gotta love that level of versatility!

1. Maggy London scuba knit dress – This pattern is fun and stands out! I could easily throw on a blazer and go from meeting to event, no problem!
