AT&T mHealth Baby Monitor & Giveaway

AT&T mHealth Baby Monitor App

Ok my fellow mamas, what’s the first thing you do when your baby falls asleep? Besides turn on the monitor of course!

Once Max is asleep I have some dedicated time to spend with Jake. It’s hard being the big brother and this is Jake’s special time in the day. We build with blocks or bake cookies and do the things it’s hard to do with little hands around breaking and grabbing. And don’t worry, once Jake goes down I finally get my relax time with Netflix and a glass of vino!

It’s so nice having a baby monitor like the AT&T Smart Sync™ 5” Internet Viewable Touch Screen Video Monitor. I was thrilled when I was asked to test it out and given that Max is pretty active, it’s great to be able to visibly see what he is up to. It’s pretty cute to watch him twirl his hair and fall asleep. I’m kinda addicted!

So what exactly is the AT&T mHealth baby monitor? Let’s break it down.

AT&T mHealth Baby Monitor App

Baby’s Journey, an innovative children’s products manufacturer, and AT&T are working together to launch a new baby monitor line that provides instant and intelligent information about baby’s health and wellness.

With the AT&T Smart Sync, parents can see their baby and track important activities on the monitor or through the free AT&T Smart Sync™ Mobile App.

The touch screen monitor and app automatically sync, providing a seamless viewing and tracking experience.

Parents can capture and share photos directly to social media directly from the monitor or via the app.

Each monitor features the Log & Track function, allowing parents to easily keep record of baby’s feedings, weight, height, sleep, diaper changes and medicine reminders. (Basically this mama’s nudge to her darling husband, ha!)

Other features include Wi-Fi connectivity, built-in rechargeable battery, easy night viewing with infrared LED’s and compatibility with any service provider. (You can see the night viewing here, in daylight for nap time the screen is in color, making for even cuter photos!)

Now that I’ve been using the monitor for a few weeks, there are a few things I have really grown to love. We all have come down with colds and Max has had a runny nose and a terrible diaper rash. Using the log means I can put notes directly into the monitor and then my nanny and husband are able to see them when they take over. Even through the fog of my own stuffy head I can make sure that important information is passed on.

Plus, being able to take pics of my little cutie sleeping has been pretty great too!

My two boys share a room together so I usually rock/nurse my youngest to sleep while his brother falls asleep in their room. Once the baby is asleep, I am able to put him down in his crib (this is new and a BIG deal!). Then its time for chores and getting ready for the next day. Their dad is deployed at the moment which means mom doesn’t get too much sleep so I try to get some sleep before the baby wakes up again to nurse. 🙂

I grab dessert and turn on Netflix when my little one goes to bed. That’s the only time I have for myself so I make the most of it.

This is one of the monitors I have been researching for our registry. Our first little one is due 9/4/16, a little boy! We are so super excited.

The first thing I do is get ready for bed myself! I go wash my face, brush my teeth, and then just unwind and spend a little time with my husband! ( or at least I try)
