VIDEO: Three Fall Updates from the Nordstrom Sale

I’m super pumped to share this video highlighting three fall wardrobe updates, all of which I picked up from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale a few weeks ago. Updating your look for the fall season can seem daunting, and we know that while its “all about the fashion” in reality there are summer camps to pay for, back-to-school needs and more. So I picked up three items from the infamous, all you’ve been hearing about sale, that will work to transition seasonally without breaking the bank to the point of no return. Take a peek and I’ve included photos and links below.

The first fall update is this faux leather wrap skirt. I love it! Its a great length, not too short or too long, and I can wear it with booties and a blouse and then add tights later on when the weather gets cooler. I have a feeling its going to be a total work horse so get ready for some outfit posts! If you are looking for a way to utilize some of your summer tops as we transition seasons, a leather skirt is perfect! While shopping, also be on the lookout for a faux leather pencil skirt!

The second update was a pair of black suede booties. No fall look is complete without a pair of great booties, am I right?! Oh yeah I’m right. These Vince Camuto ‘Kathleen’ black suede booties have a fab peep-toe and stacked heel. They will work with SO MUCH!

Finally, the third of my fall wardrobe updates. This beloved Trouve drape front leather moto jacket. I’ve had my eye on it for awhile now and during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale it went down to $219. I decided to go ahead and snag it up and I can’t wait to wear it nonstop! There are so many great leather moto jackets and I love the camel color for just a slight different tone.

These three fall wardrobe updates have me feeling prepped for fall and I don’t feel like I had to go crazy to make it happen. Not once did I have to sneak bags upstairs to the back of my closet, ha! What do you think? Are you making any purchases to get fall prepped?
