Our Best Fall Dinners

ravioli dish

I don’t know about you, but when fall rolls around I always want to tuck into some seriously hearty meals. Give me a savory stew, for instance, and I’m a happy girl. That being said, while I’m willing to spend some extra time in the kitchen for a special occasion, I also want plenty of fast and easy dishes in my arsenal, so I rounded up a little bit of everything for you today, but simple and more involved recipes, just in case you too are in need of some inspiration for your fall dinners!

beef

Beef bourguignon…If you love Julia Child as much as we do around these parts, you’ve probably always wanted to try your hand at making this classic dish. Well, we broke it down for you and it’s not as difficult as it looks. It’s definitely the kind of meal that would perfect to make for your honey when you want to serve up something extra special!

baked potato bar

Baked potato bar…In the fall everything seems to be so hectic. Am I right? That’s why I’m all for meals that are self serve. Bake some potatos and lay out a fixins’ spread and your family will be thrilled with a hearty dinner that they can personalize according to their own specific tastes. I’m a loaded baked kinda girl myself. I mean…Who isn’t? Haha!

fall dinners

Baked Ravioli…Put an original spin on plain old pasta night by trying this baked ravioli recipe on for size. It’s so good, I’d say it’s even dinner party worthy. Serve it up with a fresh green salad and you have an impressive looking meal that requires very little prep. And that’s my kinda dinner party…One were I can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with my guests!

So, who else is ready to shake up those fall dinners?!
