Warm Cranberry Citrus Punch

Cranberry Citrus Punch

It’s the time of year for hosting friends and family (yes I may be singing Christmas Carols in my head). Sometimes for me, it can feel a little overwhelming to get it all together between cleaning, shopping and preparing all the food. Oh and not to mention as soon as I get something clean there is a mess from my two little monkeys in another room. I still have a long way to go to perfect the art of hosting while having children. But it’s still important for me that we have our friends and family over to celebrate and enjoy the season.

One way to get things prepped so that you can enjoy your own party, is to do as much as possible beforehand. And that includes mixing up a batch of festive cocktails. I love a warm cocktail to serve at a winter party. It feels so cozy and helps get the party started. Mulled wine is definitely one of my favorites. Another great and easy option is this warm cranberry citrus punch with its sweet flavor and holiday cinnamon scent. One reason I love this warm cranberry citrus punch is that it can be made well ahead of time in the crock pot and left on warm until your guests arrive. I plan on making it again next for a little gathering of cookie decorating in a few weeks. I can’t wait to get sipping!
