How to Refresh Tired Eyes

There is one part of your face that will always give away how tired you are and it’s your eyes of course. Lack of sleep wreaks havoc on your skin, especially around your eyes, but sometimes it’s simply unavoidable. If you have a baby, a toddler getting used to a big kid bed or even a tween with sleep issues at home, you probably aren’t logging an ideal amount of hours in the old rest bank. Don’t worry, this too shall pass. But until that time, let’s talk about how to refresh tired eyes. I have three easy tips that will help you look bright eyed and bushy tailed in no time!

eye pads

1. First, use a soothing treatment like collagen eye pads from ToGoSpa Collagen Eye Pads. Not only do they hydrate that moisture starved eye area, but they tackle the permanent seeming puffiness that so many of us tired mamas sport. When I’ve had a really rough night you can always tell because my eye get super duper puffy. It’s not a good look. Just sayin’.

2. Next, let’s talk eye creams. TULA Revitalizing Eye Cream is ready to tackle those dark under eye circles we can’t seem to get rid of. I don’t know about you, but mine have been around a good decade. Haha! And this powerhouse product, complete with probiotic technology, goes after wrinkles too by the way. Score! Probiotics aren’t only for your gut. In this cream, they help hydrate and minimize pesky fine lines.

eye gel

Or you could opt for an eye gel. They’re just so cooling and refreshing feeling. Take the Volition Helix Restorative Eye Gel for instance. Not only does it feel great, but it’s packed with anti-aging ingredients that will help your tired eyes, but also fight the signs of aging too! At this point in my life, I need all the anti aging help I can get!

sunnies

3. Frankly, I don’t know which kind of eye product I like better…eye creams or eye gels. Haha! That’s a product junkie for you. This girl wants it all! Bwah. At the end of the day, though, you just need to get into some kind of a routine and do something to take care of those tired eyes. But until then, you can always rock big old sunnies!
