Dewy Looks with Butter London Spring Makeup

Meg with Butter Lipgloss

I’ve really started experimenting with makeup lately. I think I’m reverting back to my teenage years, lord help us all, and just having fun with different looks. For a busy weekend day I’ve been really liking pretty and natural looks. It feels fresh and spring like. But being in my mid-thirties means it still takes some work to get that dewy fresh face. I’ve recently added a few additions to my makeup collection with Butter London. Before this I had only used the Butter London nail polish and I loved it. The Butter spring makeup has lived up to all my expectations.

First up is the Butter London BlushClutch. This is a customizable blush trio and the colors in my palette are Peony, Blossom and Poppy. For this look I used a light dusting of both the Peony and Blossom and loved them together. It felt very fresh. The Butter London BlushClutch also includes a highlighter pen in rose gold and I’m planning on playing with that next.

The second Butter spring makeup I tested out was the Plush Rush Lip Gloss in Late Night. This is a plumping lip gloss that goes on so nicely. Its not too sticky at all which I love. When glosses are too sticky my hair always ends up stuck in my face. None of those issues here. Nice, smooth and moisturizing and I loved the slight bump in lip volume.

I’ll keep playing with both of these from Butter London and I am so glad that I added them to my Butter spring makeup. So far I’m just loving using both the BlushClutch and the Plush Rush Lip Gloss.
