We’re continuing on with our never ending Valentine’s Day love fest with another tasty, yet simple recipe, Valentine Wafer Cookies. I’m using the term “recipe” lightly, by the way, but I digress…Bwah! When a holiday is all about the heart, we can’t help but want to celebrate it as much as possible! That being said, as much as we’re all about spending some serious time in the kitchen baking up delicious Valentine’s Day ready treats, these mamas are busy with a capital B! And we know we aren’t alone.
On that note, we try to have a few go-to treat ideas on hand that we can turn to when we’re short on time. And let’s face it, we’re time challenged a LOT. Luckily, these Valentine wafer cookies are the epitome of a quick and easy treat. You can whip them up in no time as a special little surprise for your family or even for your kiddo to take to the classroom!
