It may still be winter, but our heads have moved on to spring. Sure, we’ll throw on a warm coat if we have to, but we’re living for the day when lighter jackets and sandals will reign supreme! I know we can’t be the only ones ready to say goodbye to the snow and hello to the sunshine right? Of course we aren’t. So, I thought I would round up some fun spring style ideas being that March is right around a corner. These are the kind of spring style ideas that will work time and time again thanks to their classic appeal. And yes, I would describe distressed denim as classic at this point. Bwah! They’ve been a style staple for this girl season after season, but I digress…
Distressed denim: Nothing says I’m ready to take on balmy breezes like holy jeans. Hahaha! Seriously though, distressed denim is so very easy to style. Throw on a flowy tank and sandals and you have a spring ready look with minimal effort.
Metallic sandals: I’ll never get over metallic sandals…never! You can wear them with your favorite casual spring outfits and you can rock them with your go-to dressier spring looks just as easily. Rose gold was big last year and I’m still feelin’ it this year too. Who’s with me?
White denim: It’s time! If you haven’t been ignoring the no white after Labor Day rule like me, now is the time to do throw caution to the wind! Fresh, crisp white denim will make you feeeeel like spring is here even if it isn’t yet. Better yet, pair your white denim with pastels and you’ll really get in the spring spirit!
Nautical stripes: Nothing says spring like stripes…and I’m a sucker for nautical stripes in particular. During these late winter to early spring transition months, you can throw them on in sweater form with your trusty jeans, along with a killer pair of neutral wedges and you’re ready for date night in no time flat!
Distressed denim AND stripes…How about combining two of our favorite spring vibes into one fierce look? As you can see from this spring-ready outfit, our spring style ideas totally have mix and match potential! So, who else is ready to work on their spring wardrobe?!
