Cold Shoulder Style for Spring and Summer

Remember when I said the cold shoulder look wasn’t over. Well, I was very serious…and I put my money where my mouth is. Haha! I snagged this little cold shoulder number in a TSF Box Service box several months back and I’ve been wanting to bring it out to play for ages. Now that the the weather is just right, it’s time for all my shoulder baring styles to get some serious action! And my cold shoulder tops are front and center in my closet. Not only is cold shoulder style a flattering look, but it can easily be casual or dressy depending on the occasion at hand. But today, we’re talking easy breezy casual cold shoulder style!

Shop the look: cold shoulder top / distressed boyfriend jeans / cat eye sunglasses / hoop earrings / espadrille wedges

Now casual style doesn’t get much more casual than a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans. They’re so casual in fact, that I love to dress mine up a bit with pretty blouses and heels. Today, that pretty blouse is my navy cold shoulder top and my heels are a pair of super versatile espadrille wedges that I picked up at Target. They really are the best deal of the season. Under $35.00 gets you a neutral pair of wedges that you can rock with nearly all your spring and summer outfits, including your cold shoulder looks! Expect to see them…a lot. Haha! I can’t wait to wear them with my sundresses too!

So, what trends are you looking forward to wearing this season? Do cold shoulder styles and/or espadrille wedges land on your list?! Why not rock them together?

Ok I want this entire outfit! What brand are your jeans? The pair linked aren’t as distressed – the ones you are wearing I love. Totally buying those wedges. 🙂
