For my dream vow renewal, I’m seeing shades of yellow and grey!

Have you entered this morning’s adorable zipper pouch giveaway?

So, I’m an old married lady now, but that doesn’t stop me from drooling WAY too often over weddings. I’m determined to convince the hubs that a vow renewal is a fabulous idea. I’m of the firm belief that a girl should get to wear a wedding gown more than once! I don’t think that a second wedding is too much to ask for. Do you? HA! The first time around I had a traditional affair that was held in a beautiful ballroom.

The next time around it might be fun to go for a little more of a laid back, yet still fabulously chic vibe. I’m sure you’ve heard me wax poetic over my love for yellow and grey before…Many of you also professed your own amore for this color combo in your comments on this morning’s post, so I’m hoping that you’ll dig it for a possible wedding color scheme!

I have a feeling that if I DO manage to convince the hubs that he is dying to see me walk down the aisle again, I’m going to have to keep my budget in check. So, here are a few beer budget wedding ideas! What do you think lovelies? Is a vow renewal in your future?

I have to agree…your wedding goes by so fast and you do all this planning and it’s over before you know it. I always say I wish I could relive that day or get married again (to my husband) just to enjoy that day again. He thinks renewing is dumb, so I’m going to have to live vicariously through my little sister when she gets married. Hopefully in the next few years!

Look at gorgeous you! I did a very budget friendly wedding dress – I wore a Vera Wang – wait for it – bridesmaid dress in ivory. I went to the same snooty store that sold the $$$ Vera’s and picked out my $300 (including alterations) dress and was waited on like a queen. Plus I can say I wore Vera – LOL!!! Needless to say our wedding wasn’t very formal so it just made sense.

I had only one wedding but I loved it. Especially since my dress was a size 2.
