If I asked you to think of a flavor, aside from pumpkin and apple, that reminds you of this particular time of year, what would it be? I would have to say cranberry myself. Cranberries are just delicious in everything from Thanksgiving side dishes to holiday cocktails!
Plus, they add such a pretty pop of color to anything they’re put in. Why not start using them now? It may only be October, but November will be here before we know it! Let’s start counting those blessings…
Personally, I have so much to be thankful for this year even if it’s been the hardest one most of us have seen in a while! We had a big health scare with my son last summer and ever since then I’ve been all kinds of grateful even in the midst of all this.
I try to remember how lucky we are when it feels like the walls are closing in. I know you know what I mean when I say it feels like it’s been so long since we truly exhaled. We could definitely use some time off from worrying and a ‘rents only happy hour, cranberry style, sounds perfect!
Must Try Cranberry Drink
What would be a better way to enjoy a fall cocktail hour at home with your honey, then with a batch of Cranberry Margarita cocktails? They would, of course, be perfect for any fall get togethers or dinner parties, but since those are probably going to be on the wane this season, I’m testing out my amateur mixologist tendencies at home.
And don’t be afraid to put cranberry margaritas on your holiday menus either. Whether you’re spending quality time with your spouse, like I plan to, or playing board games with the adult members of your family, this cocktail is just right to enjoy all season long!
I definitely suggest that you bookmark it for Thanksgiving time because this Cranberry Margarita recipe would be such a fun way to use up any leftover cranberries laying around the house. It’s the kind of festive cocktail that pairs great with leftover turkey sandwiches too. Just don’t eat Ross,’ unless you have a marg to offer him too.
BWAH! Seriously, however you decide to enjoy these fall margaritas, I hope you will love them as much as I do! P.S. You can find the exact measurements for this drink in the recipe card below…
