The Jumpsuit Outfit: Yay or Nay

Moms Do Fall Fashion

The jumpsuit has always been hotly debated, but I do believe it’s becoming acceptable and even liked by more and more people. Sure, there’s the whole bathroom situation that makes it a tad bit more challenging to wear than, say, sweatpants, bwah! But I think the comfort and style of today’s jumpsuits makes them more than worth it! And that is why I’m focusing on a jumpsuit outfit for today’s Moms Do Fall Fashion look. After you’ve taken a look at my outfit details, head over to Unlikely Martha to see what the oh so chic Mimi has in store for you!

Ok, back to the jumpsuit…I actually picked up this little number last fall and only brought it out to play once last year. I’ve already worn it twice this season, so I’m ahead of the game this year. Not only is it super soft, but the fall ready print just makes me want to sip on a pumpkin spice latte while running through a pile of leaves. Well, really when do I NOT want to sip on a PSL? The leaves…that’s another story. We don’t exactly have piles of fiery hued leaves lying around here in Florid, but I digress…Did I mention the pockets in my jumpsuit by the way? I always look for pockets when I’m shopping. Here’s an example of my inner dialogue. Does the jumpsuit feel like pajamas? Does it have pockets? Yes? Sold!

As far as the rest of the look goes, I styled my jumpsuit outfit with a pair of neutral heeled sandals and that strand of paper beads you forever see me wear. I can’t help myself. That little piece of neck candy goes with EVERYTHING y’all. So, what do you think? Is a jumpsuit outfit on your radar too this fall? And if you haven’t entered to WIN our $150 Nordstrom gift card giveaway yet, head on over!
