Moms Do Fall Fashion: Fall Vest
Its the final day of our Moms Do Fall Fashion week. We’ve loved sharing our looks with you guys, along with some of the great outfits of our bloggy buds. Today’s outfit is all about keeping warm and looking cute. I’m a huge fan of stylish fall vests and have struggled to find one I love. Although admittedly last year I was like 8 months pregnant so that was kind of an issue. Ha! I found this one at Target for $40 and love how cute and warm it is. The button closures and faux fur lined hood are fun details that give it some pop! I bought it recently, but can’t seem to find it online. Although I’m also loving this similar one from the Adam Lippes for Target collection.
I paired the look with a pair of black skinny jeans and a long sleeve tee from Banana Republic. I love looks that feature a ton of black so this was right in my zone.
For shoes I opted with Rockport’s First Strap black boots. I am loving the rugged vibe and they are so easy to pull on and off. Perfect for the upcoming weather!
And of course let’s all acknowledge that my high pony deserves a mention. I love a playful ponytail when I’m not feeling like doing a whole blow out! My hair just takes so long to dry that it’s nice to save myself a day or two.

What a great look! To be honest, I like the vest pic’d over the Lippes one. The Lippes one is cute belted but I like the fur and the more subtle pattern in the pic; I just think it’s more flexible. Those boots though – amazing! And Rockport makes great quality footwear that is also comfortable.
Maybe how to decorate pumpkins in a fashionable way?
