DIY Washi Tape Phone Chargers
If you’re like me you’ve probably been spotting Washi tape everywhere. It’s the colorful Japanese tape that is super hot with crafters right now and comes in so many great patterns. I completely adore it, but really have no idea what to do with it other than…um…tape things? Thankfully Pinterest is full of ideas and projects to get the ol’ creative juices flowing.
After some looking around online I decided cute-ing up my chargers was first on the list. It was very easy to do and the perfect rainy day project. After literally just wrapping the base of my phone and iPad chargers in the Washi tape I squealed with delight. It reminds me of when I was in grad school and I put fun stickers on my laptop. The girl in me just loves making ordinary things cute, and I am loving how fun these chargers are. Now I can’t wait to keep the Washi tape projects going! Have any of you used it? What do you think I should wrap next?

That looks really cute!
I had no idea what this tape was, but it reminds me of a fashion kit my daughters bought this winter to make dresses for their Monster High dolls. My oldest daughter just wrapped a pair of flip-flops, and they turned out cute!
Washi tape can be used for SO many fun projects! Look it up on Pinterest!
