The Dog Days of Summer
We might have mentioned that over the 4th I took Jake down to Florida and Kristin and I were able to manage an impromptu get together which allowed our kids to play the day away. It was a special treat for us, as it was the first time all three of them were in the same place! We’ve clearly got to make this happen more often. We had a blast and today I thought I would just share some of my favorite photos from the long holiday weekend. It was nothing fancy, just family time hanging out and relaxing. These are the summer moments I cherish most!
I love this photo, how hilarious are the three of them enjoying each other!
I still can’t believe we managed to get them all seated at the same time. Talk about a rare occurrence! Especially with our little wild men!
A Fourth of July beauty!
Uncle Grant teaches the basics of bubbles. A red ball clearly becomes more exciting.
Kristin brought this cake over. It was delicious. After the 4th festivities, she left the rest and I literally ate the whole thing. My thighs are not as thankful as my taste buds.
My mom with her grandson. Too precious!
How are you enjoying the little moments of Summer? It’s going to be gone before we know it, so I plan on a few more cook outs and a lot of pool time!

Awww, so cute!! Looks like everybody had a great time
I seriously can’t believe my eyes. Your families are growing so quickly! I mean, I remember when he was just soooo tiny! Gah!
