Enjoying the Holidays with Our #HickoryTradition
Like many, for me the holidays are filled with memories of getting together with family and friends to enjoy each other’s company in a full house filled with laughter. As a kid, that often meant running around the adults and sneaking bites off of whatever trays my Mom had out with food. And we ALWAYS had a Hickory Farms basket nearby! Often given and received as gifts, Hickory Farms was, and still is, a holiday staple for our family.
Now that I’m a Mom of my own and hosting holiday celebrations, Hickory Farms is still front and center. I look forward to creating our own traditions and honoring the ones I remember from my childhood. One tradition I want to create is making time for quiet moments with the women that are staying with us. Whether it be my Mom, Sister-In-Law, or a good friend, we often have a house full and once the day gets rolling we spend a lot of it cooking and looking after little ones. I want to make sure to have time for an afternoon or evening coffee break where we kick off our shoes, indulge in a sweet treat, and really share some time together.
This year Hickory Farms is introducing its first ever Signature Chocolate Collection, which is perfect to have on hand for moments just like these. How lucky are we that Hickory Farms was kind enough to send us a box? Each piece is cooked in small batches using premium milk or dark chocolate. And you can find them in select stores, the catalogue, and at HickoryFarms.com.
In addition to wanting to hear what your favorite tradition is, we’re also excited to give away a box of the new Hickory Farms Signature Chocolate Collection so that one of you can also include it in your #HickoryTradition this year!
