What to Wear on Christmas Eve
Can you believe we’re already on look number 8 of our 12 Days of Holiday Outfits challenge with Jo-Lynne Shayne and Cyndi Spivey from Walking with Grace and Beauty?!? I’ve had so much fun celebrating the season with all these outfits and today’s look might be one of my favorites! Let’s talk about what to wear on Christmas Eve. Today, I’m featuring two fun pairs of shoes that I picked up at Rack Room Shoes. In case you aren’t familiar, Rack Room carries a wide selection of nationally recognized brands and on-trend footwear for the family.
I specifically styled this look in such a way that it could easily be worn with both heels and flats. Similar to Thanksgiving, I like to look cute on Christmas Eve, but comfort is still a big priority. So, lets start with the flats…For Christmas Eve, I chose a snow leopard print top, dark skinnies, a bejeweled statement necklace and neutral colored Steve Madden pointy toe flats from Rack Room Shoes. Every girl needs a pair of neutral flats in her wardrobe in my book. They’re multi-purpose powerhouses! And speaking of multi-purpose, a multi-colored statement necklace can dress up a wide variety of different kinds of looks!
Next, I switched out the flats for Madden Girl peep toe booties, also from Rack Room Shoes.
We like to dress up on Christmas Eve, so I’ll probably go for the heels. But I’ll have the flats on hand just in case my feet get tired. I will be running after two crazy little animals after all. I think the dude and lil’ lady bean have even MORE energy on Christmas Eve than they do on normal days. It’s all that Santa anticipation!

We always go to candlelight mass on Christmas Eve, so for us it’ll be something more dressy.
