Visions of Spring

Sadly, the dude had a gnarly cold last week and mama didn’t escape its wrath. I’m out for the count and not feeling like doing anything much but lie on the couch. Ugh. As I lie here with my laptop and wait for the hubs to bring me my juice, all I can think about is getting outside and enjoying the beautiful spring weather that Florida is throwing at us right now. It’s supposed to be 80 degrees here today! Can you believe that?

It is officially time for me to start getting my spring wardrobe together and as soon as I’m up and running again, I plan on doing just that. I had a fabulous time viewing the fall collections at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week during our glorious NYC trip, but now that I’m home again, it’s all about spring for me! And after seeing the bevy of pristine white pieces that walked the runway in the spring collection shows, a new white frock is most definitely on my must have list. Here are a couple, both dream and reality, that have struck my fancy….

  20. already voted for you lovely ladies! and sorry about your cold, but at least you’re getting good weather. i recently moved from florida to arizona, and it’s actually cold right now–60 degrees! you know that’s cold for a florida girl. 🙂

  40. It was 80 here this weekend too & it was freakin’ fabulous!!! The awesome weather is supposed to continue through the weekend. I hope they’re right because I’m ready to lay out by the pool & read! Sorry you feeling bad, hope you’re better soon.

  55. You are my hero – again. I’ve been almost buying a Lilly P dress that is more than 10 times the Old Navy steal. Now I can “just” buy the kelly green Lilly P I’m lusting for, and head to Old Navy!
