Getting Fit with ClassPass

Class Pass

With the New Year and new baby it is time to get FIT! Being inside a lot this winter, right after pregnancy, had me jonsing to get moving and get some cardio back into my days. So, when we were asked to try ClassPass for a month, we jumped at the chance. (And yes that’s a real first thing in the morning no make-up photo on my way to a class!) It just made it’s way to Tampa recently which is very exciting!

Class Pass

For those of you who don’t know, ClassPass is a monthly membership to not just one gym but to a whole network of gyms and studios that offer group fitness classes. For $99 a month, ClassPass members get unlimited classes to use at studios in the ClassPass network. You can take as many classes a month that you like, however you can only visit the same studio 3 times per month. That means you are able to easily switch up your exercise from Pilates, to Barre, to Yoga, to strength training, to more. I really enjoyed my experience and I can’t wait to keep it up. I am motivated again! Here’s a few things I found that I loved about ClassPass.

    1. The variety – I was able to change up my workout so that after my first attempt at barre, which I loved. I could stretch out sore muscles at yoga.
    2. I got to know new studios in my area! – There is no better way to sample the goods in your neighborhood. The three class limit actually encouraged me to try a few new studios and meet new people.
    3. It challenged me – I was able to be a bit more adventurous with my workouts, trying new places and methods that pushed me a little outside my comfort zone. And I’m happy to report at each studio when I checked in, the person behind the desk or instructor took the time to tell me about the class and seemed so thrilled that I was there using ClassPass. It really made me feel more comfortable trying something new.

I can’t wait to keep going! Tell me lovelies, have you tried ClassPass? What do you do to keep yourself motivated to exercise?

Disclosure: We were provided a sample membership to experience for this post, however the opinions expressed are our own.
