How to Style Summer Denim

Once the summer temps hit us, it’s rather difficult to wear denim here in Florida, but if we’re talking about lightweight denim, we can get away with it. I scored a pair of uber stretchy grey jeans, AKA my go-to summer denim, in one of my Thirty Something Fashion personal styling boxes and I’ve found them to be SO versatile. They go with practically everything…That’s why grey is one of my favorite neutrals! So, not only do they have the perfect amount of stretch, making them crazy comfy, and they’re a great color, but they’re SO lightweight and perfect for summer.

For today’s featured look, I styled my grey summer denim with a striped tunic, t-strap sandals and a turquoise statement ring. It was perfect for tooling around beautiful Ybor City with my family. You fellow mamas know that when you’re out with the kiddos, you want to be comfortable and this look made me feel yet together, yet was something I could run after those little Tasmanian devils of mine!
