Spring to Summer Transitional Look

monday

It’s almost summer, so it’s time to start thinking about your spring to summer transitional look. There are certain trends that transition beautifully from spring to summer and lace is one of them!

You may remember the lace peplum CAbi number that I wore with camo jeggings a couple weeks back. Well, I’ve worn it several times since then and one of those times was in Atlanta when I was there for the Mom 2.0 Conference. Let me tell you…Just like here in Tampa, it already feels like summer in Atlanta, so lightweight pieces like this lace shell were a must for the transitional looks I rocked there!

The lovely Trina from Baby Shopaholic captured me wearing myCAbi Needle Lace Shell with my beloved radiant orchid Dooney & Bourke bag, JustFab leopard print Kriss wedges and Banana Rebublic distressed jeans.

So, what are your favorite spring to summer transitional looks? Which spring trends do you plan on taking into summer lovelies? 1. I really love that top, but what I’m dying for is the Dooney & Bourke bag! My favorite color and perfect size. I absolutlely love it and it’s a super cute spring / summer color!

  2. I adore this peplum top on you. I’ve been a little nervous about this trend because I’m afraid it’s going to make my look pregnant. Maybe I’ll give a few a try and see what I think. I love the lace of this one and those shoes are fantastic. Overall super cute and I’d take all of it.
What do I plant to transition into summer.. my jeans! Hah!!

  3. I am in love with that purse. I feel like my purse game is very boring because I always stick to safe colors like black and brown. I want to venture out there a little more with color.

  4. I’m not much of a fashionista, but I LOVE that bag! My spring/summer look is “Mom chasing after children.” Around the house, yoga pants and a tank top. Out? A tank, jeans, and runners.
