Sun Ready with RoC

Ok friends, let’s get real. After a long winter who is like me and just can’t help but sit poolside, seaside, or even just a park bench outside the office and soak up the sun? It just feels sooooo good after all those long dark nights!

But let me level with you. My skin is really not great for just casually sitting back and soaking it up. We ALL need protection and I, in particular, am very fair, freckle easily and have a family history of sun skincare issues. It’s a great trifecta, ha. I mean if that isn’t the sound of alarm bells going off I don’t know what is! Which is why I’ve really started taking better care of my skin year round with SPF products and then taking it to the next level during the summer months.

It’s no secret that both Kristin and I have really been loving our RoC skincare products. My daily skincare routine includes an SPF product in it just for out and about protection and I can really tell a difference. Right now I’m using both of these RoC SPF products:

I like to think I don’t need the deep wrinkle stuff daily in addition to my moisturizer, but with those lines popping up it;s important to me to take care of them before they get even deeper. Its like a chicken or the egg scenario, ha. And having a product that addresses those and has an SPF is great. Of course I also make sure to eat healthy, drink water and use a big floppy hat. Armed with all of these I feel like I can sit back and enjoy my hard earned sunshine without stressing.
