I have a ton of blazers and jackets in my closet. They never really go out of style and are a great way to add a pop to my workwear when I can. I’ve had this cropped suede jacket for several years now and remember to bring it out every once in a while. It actually used to be my Moms but luckily she hasn’t seemed to miss it (If you are reading this Mom, look away! It’s mine now!). It’s perfect for a day of meetings or a luncheon where I don’t need too look to formal with a suit but still in business attire.
I kept seeing my cropped suede jacket in the back of my closet and when the weather snapped I knew it was time to bring it out for a spin. The black skinny pants were in my last Stitch Fix box and I really love how they fit. They have been so easy to style and have made it into my weekly rotation lately. You can see the Stitch Fix Try On video here.
The jacket is pretty close fitting so a black fitted top was also needed. There isn’t much room for anything flowy underneath. I love how the black and suede play off of each other and it instantly felt chic and pulled together. I’ve also styled this jacket with a white tee and jeans before as well for a might out vibe.
Of course we can’t forget to accessorize! My trio of beaded bracelets added a fun pop to the look. As well as a beaded tassel necklace from a Stitch Fix box in the fall. I’ve had such great luck with their accessories!
