Bahama Breeze Block Party
This is a sponsored post.
I grew up going to block parties. It’s kind of a big deal in the Midwest. So, I was a bit bummed when my family relocated to Florida and I found out that block parties weren’t happening on the regular here like they were in my old neck of the woods. That’s not to say that the sunshine state doesn’t have its charms. I feel so blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful place. So, while I haven’t been to a good block party in years, I do get to gaze at a Florida sunset every evening. Not a bad trade off. Am I right?
I should say that I hadn’t been to a block party in years UNTIL Bahama Breeze invited me to their SunsetFest Block Party. I saw it as the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with my mom considering she started taking me to Bahama Breeze as a kiddo…and what a time we had at this uber fun event!
Let me first tell you about the amazing band…The Bay Kings Band played both old favorites and today’s hits before an enamored crowd. I definitely heard several of my favorites in their sets. To be able to sit under the vibrantly decorated tent overlooking the water, specialty drink in hand…Well, you just can’t beat it. I’m a coconut fiend, so obviously the Cocochata cocktail was RIGHT up my alley…I mean how pretty is that drink?!?
The entire evening was relaxing to the max and I, for one, hope that SunsetFest becomes a regular thing! Who doesn’t want to play nostalgic games like cornhole before indulging in a plate of delicious Caribbean food? And the cocktail I mentioned is the perfect finishing touch to that equation…Just sayin’!
So, are you ready to PARTY lovelies? Head over to your local Bahama Breeze and tell them BonBon Rose Girls sent you!

The drink is gorgeous! The dress? Even more so. What a fun party!
Funny you mentioned block party!
We are just planning for our neighbourhoods first one ever! Those drinks would be wonderful.
I love Bahama Breeze, but sadly we don’t have them up here in Boston 🙁
Wow this looks like my kind of place. I’ve never been to one before but it looks great!

Cutest dress, friend!
We don’t have one of these near me but I would love to visit one when I travel.
That’s the most beautiful block party I’ve ever seen. Glad you had fun!
That is fun that you got to take your mom. I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a block party?
That looks so tropical and fun. I would have an event there for sure.
I’m a coconut fiend too! Lately, I’m been infatuated with all things coconut and that drink looks like it would fit the bill perfectly! What a great way to relax and meet new people at that block party!
Nice! I wish we had one where I live, but now I know to look for one when we vacation!
What a fun party! We have eaten at Bahama Breeze before, they have a nice selection on their menu.
That looks like a great time! Love that it’s right on the water…so amazing!
We tried to go here in Orlando in May, but it was too busy. Looks like a really fun spot to eat!
I did not know there were Bahama Breezes in NJ and NY. I will totally have to check them out!
