Cozy Casual Look

A few weeks ago when Kristin and I were visiting the Clifton Inn, we decided to go for a morning walk. To put this in perspective, I pulled together this cozy casual look before having any coffee. A nature walk BEFORE coffee. That alone is huge for us! And then just a few swipes of lip gloss and off we went.
To explore the property in the early morning light, I threw on my grey distressed jeans from H&M. As a side note I often feel a little out of age range to shop at H&M but for some reason their jean sizing really works. I don’t find myself hiking my jeans up or fidgeting which is great. Bonus, these are only $30!
To keep the cozy casual look going, I added a pale pink tee with a humming bird pattern also from H&M, along with my grey “grandpa sweater” I received in a Stitch Fix box this fall. I love its deep pockets! My moccasin boots were perfect for staying warm on our walk. And speaking of our walk, how pretty and serene is this setting? We followed a marked trail to find a sweet dock on a river. It was such a fun unexpected find!Kristin gave me these Kate Spade bangles as a gift and I’ve been wearing them nonstop! I love the mix of tones and they go with everything! 

That’s my cozy casual look and don’t worry, we eventually got that cup of joe! Along with a well earned breakfast!
