Easy list making and gift giving

This is a sponsored post.

If your family is anything like mine you have probably received requests for the infamous holiday list. We also have several December birthdays and family spread throughout the country, making it even harder for everyone to keep straight what the kids have received and still would like. And as much as I like to say, “nothing, they have plenty!” that line doesn’t fly with grandparents and friends.

Which is why WyshMe is a great solution! If you haven’t tried it yet, once you get started you will quickly see just how easy it is to both create your own lists as well as shop for those you love. Once you log in you will see customized recommendations just for you that you can save to your lists. You can even add items on your personal WyshList simply by pasting the URL and having WyshMe take it from there. For instance here is our Pinterest board for pre-schoolers that I turned into a WyshMe list for Jake.

Once you have a list ready, simply share it with those you love. And you can connect to see your friends WyshLists and send them suggestions for things you know they will love. This is perfect for new moms who might need some help with the perfect age appropriate toys. I know I still call my girls to see what their kids were into at my kiddos ages.

Once you’ve shared your lists (in my case it will be my kids lists that go to four sets of grandparents!) you can see who has claimed specific items to insure that nobody gets the same gift. After all, no one wants to be the duplicate gift on Christmas morning. Where’s the fun in that?!

And of course, WyshMe is not only a way for me to keep these things straight and simplify my shopping this holiday season, it is also a great way for me to nudge the ol’ hubs on what is on my list. Sneak peek below!

This is just one way I’m keeping it fresh and simple this year. How about you?! Head on over to WyshMe to get your list making started and share it with your family and friends!

This is the coolest thing! Why have I not heard of it until now? I will definitely be telling my family to jump on board because this would be so helpful!

What a fabulous idea. Especially for those whose grandparents live far away.

I love the holidays but hate picking out gifts. WyshMe seems like it would take a great deal of hassle out of shopping for friends and family.

This is awesome! I need to help my kids do this for their grandparents. Grandparents are always wondering what to get them!

That sounds like a great way to stay organized, I’ve been using an app, I think called Santa’s Bag or something.

Sounds like a great idea. Since my kids are all over the place they usually all send me emails with links. This would be easier for me because I could find all their lists in one place.

This is such a great idea! I see things all the time my kids would like, but when someone asks me directly what they want I draw a blank! Now I can just send them to a wish list!

I like the idea of a permanent online wishlist that is a great idea. I have a lot of people to buy and it can be difficult remembering everything.

This is really cool. I want to say my daughter has plenty and needs nothing too. We have so much family which is great but she gets so much for Christmas.
