Must Have Birchbox Finds

Megan and I just love finding Birchbox surprises in the mail each month. For product junkies like us, getting a box full of new goodies to try out is kind of amazing. And, like with most subscription boxes, sometimes there are things that we absolutely love and sometimes we find a product or two that isn’t so much up our alley. So, when I opened December’s Birchbox, I was thrilled to find a slew of products that ALL excited me. I couldn’t wait to try each and every one. And let me tell you…I wasn’t disappointed! These latest Birchbox finds are all worthy of full bottle purchases!

R+Co DEATH VALLEY Dry Shampoo: Let’s start start with the dry shampoo. I’m forever trying to find a dry shampoo that actually works and doesn’t leave me with white residue that won’t go away. Megan is a big fan of this brand already, so I had high hopes…and it delivered! Not only can you expect to say goodbye to that icky oil, but it gives you volume too. Score! Of all my Birchbox finds, this is launching to the top of the list!

IPKN New York Flash Cream Radiant Primer : A few years ago I tried out the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer and it instantly became a part of my daily routine. I loved it, not only because it cut down on the shine, but it leaves such a lovely finish, I often don’t have to wear makeup. So, being the huge fan of primers that I am now, I’m always willing to try a new one. Well lovelies, we have another winner. This primer leaves you with a glow that you’ll become addicted to!

Real Chemistry Luminous 3 Minute Peel: I had a laser treatment last year to help tackle some of my sun damage and I’m not interested in letting those results go anytime soon, so I’m all about maintenance…and that’s just what this peel is! In just a few minutes, it tackles hyperpigmentation and leaves you with a smoother, brighter complexion. I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to start using at home peel products!

Hey Honey Walk the Walk Propolis Foot Cream: One of my favorite winter beauty tricks is to slather my feet with a good foot cream and cover them with cozy socks while I sleep. It helps keep my heels nice and soft, but they could always be softer. Haha! I love the balm like feel of this particular foot cream. It really goes after those cracks!

Coastal Scents Blush and Bronzer: I want to look like I’ve had a little sun, without actually getting any, all year long. Is that too much to ask? Bwah! Both blush and bronzer have been part of my makeup routine for years and I’m loving the soft, natural colors that come in this one. It’s so easy to give yourself that subtle glow you’re looking for in the winter!

It is a lot of fun to try new products. I am pretty cautious with lotions and other skin care items because I have sensitive skin. But I still love trying new stuff. 🙂
