Powered By Family and My Knee High Boots
It might seem a little cliché, but it’s true. My family is what keeps me motivated and moving all day long. That and some good coffee! Like a lot of moms, I commute into the city three days a week for work and often afterward go right into playing outside, figuring out dinner, bath time mixed with giggles, and then squeezing in the rest of life and maybe an episode of the Mindy Project before falling into bed. And at seven months pregnant, knowing we will be adding another giggling boy to the mix soon warms my heart, but not necessarily my feet. Finding fashionable footwear that can keep up with my day can be rough. I just adore making the switch to boots for fall when the weather gets all crisp and finding the perfect boot that can keep up is an arduous task.
Enter the Rockport Total Motion collection. I tested out a pair of the brown suede stretch knee high boots and within minutes knew I had found a Fall staple. With the first go, this prego mama was able to keep up with a running toddler and a day filled with errands without having to break in new boots. They have a slight wedge which is perfect for giving me just enough lift to add some height and style, but still keep up. Plus, the stretch back panel means I can wear them comfortably all fall long! I am going to need those boots. I have a pair of brown leather knee high boots that carry me through some of my days in the fall and winter. I love them endlessly.
