Monday Mingle: Swimsuits and Maxis
Happy Monday lovelies! We’re trying something a little different with Monday Mingle today and featuring someone who loves getting in front of the camera…my little lady bean. All I have to do is say…cheese and she turns it on! Is she a blogger’s daughter or what? Haha! So, I thought she would be a fabulous addition to the Monday Mingle outfit lineup. Swimwear is still relevant in this neck of the woods…It maybe fall, but we’ll be rockin’ our swimsuits and resort wear for a while yet.
Here in Florida it’s definitely STILL swimsuit weather, so we were elated to receive a AliOliKids swimsuit for some early fall water play. What struck me the must about this sweet swimsuit was how it was perfectly suited for a little girl. She has many years ahead of her to wear more grownup gear, so I like to dress her in outfits that really reflect her age…and I think this AliOliKids swimsuit definitely says two years old…Don’t you?
And so you have a little grown up girl inspiration too…How gorgeous does Megan look in this multi-colored maxi?!? She wore it to one of our lovely dinners on our Royal Caribbean cruise. Boy do I wish we could go back there right NOW!

I got a maxi dress once and ended up throwing it away lol. I am really short and it was not flattering on me at all.
I’m pretty height challenged too…The trick is hemming and lines and prints that make you look longer! 🙂
