Valentine’s Day and Date Night Style with Boden
We’re back with another fun Valentine’s Day date night style challenge with the lovely ladies from Jo-Lynne from Jo-Lynne Shane’s Blog, Audrey from Mom Generations and Cyndi from Walking in Grace & Beauty! This time we’re all tackling Valentine’s Day date night ready looks. Frankly, our outfits would work for any date night! Certainly not just for Valentine’s Day, but we’ve been heart day inspired so we wanted to make sure we each inserted a little something into our looks that put us into a hearty day kinda mood. Haha!
If you’ve been around these parts a time or two, you’ve probably picked up on what big Boden fans we are. We’ve rocked everything from Boden mommy and me looks to back to style ready ensembles…but this time it’s all about us mamas. And us mamas must make it a priority to fit in that oh so important one on one time with our significant others and what better time to do that than Valentine’s Day?
The hubs and I typically stay in on February 14th, but I think we’re going to pay a visit to one of our favorite restaurants at some point this weekend, so I wanted to get dolled up a bit. I landed on the gorgeous navy Dorothy dress. And I added a little Valentine’s Day spirit in the form of bright pink pointy toe heels. What I love about both these pieces is how versatile they are. I’ll be able to wear them both all spring and summer long. I can totally take the navy frock the nautical route and how fabulous would those Peony & Lupin Millie Slingback heels be with Easter Whites?!?
