Celebrate Summer with Bahama Breeze
I’ve always loved Bahama Breeze…I think it’s the Florida girl in me. Give me a tropical feeling joint and I’m happy as a clam. In fact, I’ve been going to Bahama Breeze with my family since I was a teenager. So, when they told me they were throwing a BIG Block Party to kick off their summer long SunsetFest event, I instantly got pumped up! I know you love a good excuse to celebrate summer too right lovelies?
So, let’s talk about this partTAY…On Friday, July 10th, at their Tampa location, Bahama Breeze will host a SunsetFest Block Party starting at 6:00pm featuring the Bay Kings band and a partnership with Tampa Bay Watch, which is dedicated to the protection and restoration of the Tampa Bay estuary through scientific and educational programs. I always love when an event has an altruistic element…don’t you? And conservation is a cause close to my heart!
At the event, you’ll find cocktails, like their brand new Green Flash and CocoChata concoctions, live music and a rockin’ DJ later in the evening. There will also be an exclusive Block Party menu, including (but not limited to) fan favorites like jerk chicken sandwiches, ribs, and burgers. Anybody else drooling right now? In addition to the featured cocktails I mentioned, they will also be serving beer and water.
Don’t miss out on the fun games like Glow Ring Toss, Giant Jenga, and LED Cornhole. I know there are some fellow cornhole, or bean bags as we call it in my house, lovers out there! And make sure you try to get there in time for sundown because there will be special sunset toast- an island tradition! You don’t have to ask me twice to toast something. Haha!
