Since we still have about a month and a half of fall left, I thought it would be fun to round up some of our favorite fall looks from this year. Thanks to our Moms Do Fall Fashion series, Megan and I were forced to get dressed up plenty. I jest. You know how much we love our fashion…but doing these series do help us get inspired to put together cute looks on days when we might be feeling a bit lazier. Haha! So, we’ve decided to give it another go and will be teaming up with some of our favorite style bloggers again to share our take on holiday fashion with Moms Do Holiday Style! The series will be dropping on November 28th, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, there is still plenty of fall left, including my favorite November holiday, turkey eatin’ day, otherwise known as Thanksgiving, so I’ve gathered together plenty of fun fall looks that would be perfect for this month. Did I mention it’s my birthday month too? I plan on living up my thirties so every birthday that comes is just another opportunity to have FUN and wear a fabulous outfit of course. Bwah!
The denim shirt…I can’t get enough of this easy breezy comfy look. Give me leggings and I’m a happy girl. Who’s with me? This is the kind of outfit that would be perfect for Thanksgiving thanks to the roomy, yet flattering tunic, and expandable waist of the leggings. Just sayin’.
Knee high boots…It’s hard to get this busy mama into heels that aren’t comfortable these days, so that’s always a consideration when I pick up new shoes. These Ugg knee high boots are BEYOND comfy. Even with the heel, I can be on my feet without issue. They’re great date night shoes!
Jewel tones…Speaking of date night, if your honey appreciates dressier looks more than casual outfits like my fella does, why not turn to a fun little frock in a bold jewel tone this fall? That and a statement necklace make for a gorgeous look that’s perfect for a night out on the town!
Moto jacket…Take a break from a traditional black jacket and go for an unexpected hue like Megan did with her cognac number. Not only is its color fun, but this jacket makes for a great layering piece and goes perfectly with little dresses, for instance, that you want to make work for fall!
I hope this little look back at our fall style has inspired you to go take a look at your closet and come up with some more fab fall looks!
