Kimono Crushes

Last summer I picked up a kimono sweater when I found myself in Chicago where the cool temps that they sometimes experience in July were not what I’m used to here in Florida…Well, I ended up wearing that bad boy non-stop right on into winter. Adding a kimono to a simple tee and jeans is such an easy way to jazz up a fall/winter look.

Even if you consider kimonos too much of a trend to invest seriously in, there is no shortage of budget friendly options out there. I rounded up a bunch of them for you in case you want to get a jump on your fall wardrobe shopping. The kids aren’t the only ones who need back to school wardrobes mamas! Instead of throwing on a hoodie and yoga pants, opt for the kimono look for school drop off!

The kimono trend is so fun, I have yet to try it, but I love the ones you’ve chosen!

I love kimonos and I think some of the ones above are gorgeous. I love the way they look on everyone but I just can’t get myself to buy one. It’s the practical side of me that’s making me think twice. But with budget friendly options, as you mentioned, I may have to take a second look. ~Cynthia

After reading your post I now have a Kimono Crush. I never though about a Kimono as a fashion item but I do now. Thanks for the tip.
