Old Navy Kids and Baby Sale Fall Picks

If I love anything, it’s a good sale…And when that sale is happening at one of my favorite shopping haunts, I’m there obviously! I had the chance to visit the St. Johns Town Center Old Navy store in Jacksonville this weekend for the Camp Old Navy Play it Safe Kids and Baby sale event and let me tell you…Old Navy has brought the thunder with their fall baby and kids offerings. I had a VERY difficult time narrowing down my choices, but I digress…

Let’s first talk about Old Navy’s initiative to give children the opportunity to learn about safety from local community heroes. As you can see, my wee ones had a blast learning about safe and healthy life choices like eating right, staying active and taking care of your teeth thanks to their partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to put on safety events at Old Navy stores. It’s important to note that through September 23rd, customers can make a donation to the NCMEC while they’re at the store shopping!

And not only do they have fun in store events like the one I attended, but they also offer after school and summer programs to help with school readiness, as well as job readiness training for teens AND they’re working with  I love to see a brand giving back to the community…Don’t you? And while all that was going on for the kiddos, mama was able to shop ’til she dropped. Haha! So, let’s get down to brass tacks and talk about this killer sale…

Discounts at the Old Navy Kids and Baby Sale range from 10% to as high as 50%. That’s my kinda sale y’all! I concentrated on dresses for my daughter as that’s her favorite thing to wear at the moment. I know all of you fellow mamas know it’s much easier to get your kids ready for school when they’re excited about their outfit, but I digress…I had no trouble zeroing in on a few fall dresses right away. I found everything from a feather print, to buffalo checks (out of stock online, but you can head to your local store to find it) and stripes. And I obviously couldn’t stop there.  Haha! A faux fur vest insisted I take it home and my daughter just had to have the cat-face flats or her “kitty shoes” as she calls them. Thanks to the sale, I saved a pretty penny and really rounded out her fall wardrobe with some adorable pieces. Score!
