Pumpkin White Russian Cocktail

Happy Thanksgiving Week Bon Bon Rose readers! It’s Jackie Fo here and I’ve got the perfect cocktail to add to your Thanksgiving feast. Whether used as a pre-dinner apertif or a post-dinner treat, this cocktail is creamy, smooth and tastes just like the holidays!

A White Russian is typically made with vodka and coffee liqueur and topped with milk or cream. I’ve substituted traditional coffee liqueur with Pumpkin liqueur and added a dash of cinnamon for this Pumpkin White Russian.

Pumpkin White Russian
Makes 1 cocktail

1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz Pumpkin Liqueur
3 oz cream or milk
Dash of cinnamon

1.Fill a highball or martini glass with ice.
2.In a cocktail shaker, mix together the vodka, liqueur and milk.
3.Strain into your glass and sprinkle with a healthy dose of cinnamon.

I happen to love the taste of the pumpkin liqueur so I add equal parts milk and liqueur, but definitely play around with your version until you get the taste you love! This drink will undoubtedly make you the hostess with the mostess and rock your Thanksgiving Day! Cheers!
