Blueberry Smoothies

This blueberry smoothie is such a healthy way to start the day. It’s like a bright burst of sunshine! Smoothies in general are a household staple of ours. Jake requests so many smoothies that we often can be heard saying, “yes smoothies are indeed healthy but you need to CHEW too!” He just loves them and its been a great way to make sure he, and the rest of the family, are starting the day off full of healthy good stuff!

Of course all smoothies can be easily adjusted based on what you have on hand, but here are the ingredients and how I make these delicious bad boys!

Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint of Blueberries
1 Clementine
1 Banana
1 1/2 cups of Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup of ice (as needed)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add additional ice if needed. Pour and enjoy!
