Juvea Pillow, Your Best Night’s Sleep

Getting your best night’s sleep is crucial to be at your best as a Mom. Making sure I’ve got all the right tools to make that restful sleep happen, such as the Juvea pillow, is priceless for this mama!

You know that old business saying, “You are only as good as your weakest link.”? Well, for mom life, I’m changing it up to say, “You are only as good as your last night’s sleep”.

When I’ve had a night of great sleep I’m exponentially more patient with my family. It provides me with more energy to play and take on the long list of the day’s tasks. But after a rough night’s sleep, and trust me, I’ve had many, I’m crabby and sluggish all day long. Basically it becomes just surviving until bedtime. No one wants to be the tired mom with bleary eyes all day long.

For me, there are a few tricks that help ensure I get a truly restful sleep. Turning off all electronics leading up to bedtime helps relax my mind, a solid window of 7-8 hours to sleep, and a pillow that is truly comfortable all night long are essential for me to wake up rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.

After trying my new Juvea pillow, it has made it to the top of my list! After years of waking up in the middle of the night to flip my pillow and poof it back up, I’ve found the perfect solution for getting your best night’s sleep!

My Favorite Juvea Pillow Qualities

  • It offers unique pressure relief so there is no neck pain or awkward angles.
  • The support is consistent throughout the night so I’ve had no need to wake-up and push it back into place.
  • It’s designed not to flatten over time, so it will give me the longevity many other pillows haven’t. No “pancake pillow” over here!
  • It is made in the USA from pure, 100% natural Talalay latex from the Hevea tree. This means that it is a healthy product resistant to mold and mites and certified as OEKO-TEX Class 1 baby-safe.

I’ve loved my Juvea pillow so much that while many other pillows have made it into my boys “pillow fort” pile, this one is all Mama’s. Back off boys. Bwah! Nothing is coming between me and a good night’s sleep these days. After all, I need energy and rest to be my best and get my boys from that early morning routine all the way through baseball practice in the evening. Here’s to all of us getting our best night’s sleep friends! Summer is on its way, but we need to make it through the end of the mania first. We’ll be that much more capable of tackling all of those end of the year to dos if we’re well rested. Just sayin’.

What always works for me is meditation before bed. Also, if you can’t sleep, get up out of bed and read for a while. Don’t go back until you are ready to sleep.

Make the most of every day and by the end, you’ll be so tired that you’ll fall asleep fast and sleep through the night.

My best tip is to do a bit of exercise about an hour before going to bed. It will tire you out and is good for you.

  4. Kayley says

Switch your electronic devices to “nighttime” mode so they emit less of the light rays that keep you awake.

I listen to sleep stories on the Calm meditation app. Works wonders! Anything to really clear my mind and stop overthinking. Small doses of melatonin on occasion too

My sleep is usually terrible so I may not be the best to give tips but, the one thing I try to do consistently is go to bed at the same time.

My tips would be ensuring the room is completely dark, and keeping the temperature cool while layering blankets for warmth if needed!
