Stay Cool with the Stokke Summer Kit

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you know we’re a die hard Stokke loving family. From gear to nursery furniture, Stokke is definitely one of our go-to baby brands and this summer I’m particularly loving the Stokke Xplory Summer Kit. The Xplory is such a great, multi-functional, stroller not only because it allows baby to ride higher, closer to mama, but you can also switch out its textiles. While we typically have the lovely, neutral, Blue Melange textiles on the stroller, I thought it would be fun to switch to something lighter in the summertime since we basically live in a tropical climate here in Florida!

Stokke kindly sent over the their Stokke Xplory Summer Kit in Lemon Stripes (which is out of stock online, but you can visit your local retailers or choose from several other pretty prints like Beige Dots or Pink Pixel). The Summer Kit comes with a soft terry seat liner, and a SPF 50 sun sail, parasol and hood, which blows this mama away. My children are very fair, so sun protection is of the utmost importance to me! There is even ventilation in the rear, so the air can flow right through for optimal cooling.

The second I put the lil’ lady bean in her stroller she settled right back, completely relaxed. We took her for a stroll to her favorite park and she was completely protected from the sun’s hot mid-day rays. Could she look any more comfortable? I think not! Haha! So, if you’re in the market for the stroller, I highly recommend not only the Stokke Xplory, but the Summer Kit as well. Don’t let the heat keep you and your kiddo from enjoying the great outdoors!
