Easy DIY Coffee Body Scrub
Our beauty contributor, Annelis Diaz, and I had another DIY filled hangout recently and we’re here today to share what we concocted…Have you heard about the amazing perks caffeine can offer your skin care routine? Caffeine has been said to reduce inflammation in the skin, as well as reduce the appearance of cellulite. So, we thought swim season was the perfect time to try out a super easy DIY coffee body scrub!
To make this DIY coffee body scrub, you’ll need:
1/2 cup of freshly ground coffee (coarsely ground)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
All you have to do is simply mix the ingredients together in the order they’re listed.
This scrub smells amazing as you whip it up…You know this girl is all about anything with a coffee fragrance! And it’s excellent for exfoliating your heels, elbows and legs. Once you’ve mixed the ingredients together, just apply to your skin and rub in circular motions. Rinse off with warm water. Your skin should feel smooth, supple and hydrated! And if your dimples are diminished, well that’s just a bonus!
So, has anyone else been partaking in the DIY beauty craze lately?!? Now is the time to start! Make this DIY coffee body scrub and you’ll be a DIY beauty addict in no time!

I love a good homemade body scrub, but I’ve never tried one with coffee! I’m going to make this as soon as I get home from vacay.
Can’t wait to hear how it works out for you!
I’m all for hiding cellulite! This is an interesting body scrub. I’m sure I’d like the way it smells while mixing it up. The only body scrub I’ve tried is the sugar scrub so far. Pinning 🙂
This one does have sugar in it. The coffee just amps things up a notch! 🙂
I really need to try this! Looks like it would make a good body scrub! Pinning for later.
It will leave your skin super soft!

Do it!
Ok, you may have sold me on this whole diy scrub thing. I LOVE COFFEE so I think I think to try this one! 🙂
It rocks! I promise!
I can always use body scrubs during the winter when my skin gets itchy and dry – I’ll have to pin this!
You won’t regret it! 🙂
