The Perfect Champagne Garnish

If there is one thing us BonBon Rose Girls like, it’s our bubbly. Megan is headed here to Florida to pay me a visit in a couple weeks and you can bet that there will be some corks poppin’. Haha! I had planned on saving this gorgeous bottle of Moët Ice Imperial for her arrival, but I just couldn’t wait. Who am I kidding? There is no way I could have held out that long. I mean it’s the first champagne ever created to be served on ice! Mama likes her ice cold cocktails. It’s been a HOT summer here in the sunshine state y’all…


So, last night I opened my bottle of Moët Ice Imperial, poured some into the chic goblet that comes with the Moët Ice Imperial Limited Edition Summer Collection (you can score your own set HERE) and instantly fell in love. If you enjoy crisp, refreshing beverages, Moët Ice Imperial is for you. It’s the perfect summertime sip. And now that I’ve made my case for why you need to celebrate the season with a bottle of my new favorite champagne, let me give you the skinny on how to enjoy it…


To enjoy the perfect serve:

• Chill the bottle to 45° F

• Choose a large wine glass

• Add 3 large ice cubes

• Pour 6 oz. of Moët Ice Impérial


And don’t forget the champagne garnish! You can add things like raspberries, or even mint, to really bring out the flavor and aroma of the champagne. Now I love a good berry garnish on its own, but I tried the raspberries and mint together and my taste buds were more than pleased!
