Scooting Around Town with the Stokke Scoot
I love getting out and about with Jake on the weekends. He’s at an age where even a garden center holds magical treasures and fun around every bend. From sniffing bright flowers to playing with wind chimes a visit for him is pure joy. He’s also at an age (almost 2!) where he wants to walk on his own a lot and be independent. Which is great! Except for when he tires out, or slows me down when we’re rushing, or just plain changes his mind because dang he’s almost 2 and that happens ALL the time!
The Stokke Scoot has been the perfect compact stroller for us. It’s fairly lightweight, but still sturdy enough for tough sidewalks. I love its sleek design and it’s so easy to get Jake in and out, in and out, in and…well you get the idea. It comes with a basket underneath that is large enough for shopping bags, your purse, etc.
The Scoot also has a very easy brake that you can use with the touch of your foot. I find this really helpful when we need to stop and smell the roses.
So, where have you been stopping to smell the rose lately?

That looks like an amazing stroller. They’ve really gotten fancy since I was having kids! 🙂
