Apple Cider Mimosas – A Signature Fall Cocktail
Apple Cider Mimosas are perfect for any of your fall entertaining fun, including a gathering like a post-Thanksgiving brunch. Something tells me that leftover pie would go perfect with this, ha!

A few years back my friend Ashley got married and all she wanted was a fall themed bridal shower. So, I happily hosted one for her and our loved ones. We poured Apple Cider Mimosas as the signature cocktail and they couldn’t have been a bigger hit! I think every special occasion deserves a signature cocktail, don’t you?! This particular drink was so easy and delicious. I am so excited to share it with you now that fall is officially here!
Of course, we certainly aren’t opposed to serving a tasty cocktail on Thanksgiving too. This apple cider cocktail is fit to serve all fall long in my book! And I’m sure whoever is doing the turkey day cooking this year could use one too. I’ve also been known to whip up a couple cocktails for a little home happy hour action as well. The sky’s the limit here. Bwah!
Now what is in a mimosa exactly? My response is bubbles and whatever mixer you want. Haha!

How to make the Apple Cider Mimosas Recipe
Directions:
- Simply fill 2/3 of a glass with your favorite sparkling wine.
- Next, pour in the apple cider for the remaining third.
- Garnish with a few apple slices and cheers.
I wasn’t kidding. It really is that easy to whip up our apple cider mimosas to celebrate your fall festivities of choice! The key is the perfect mimosa ratio of apple cider to sparkling wine. Two-thirds wine to one-third cider delivers the perfect dose of sweetness with the right amount of bubbles. It’s simply divine!
For me, having a very easy signature cocktail is so helpful when hosting a celebration. It can really set the party atmosphere when you hand one off to guests as they are walking in. Or I even like to set out a tray right by the front door. Make sure you select a signature cocktail that isn’t too complicated. Otherwise, a distracting and messy situation is sure to be on deck. Nobody wants that either.
I think that’s why this Apple Cider Mimosa is just spot on. And if you’re thinking about what goes with sparkling cider, the answer is make your own by pairing the below ingredients and serve it with your favorite fall appetizers like baked brie with pears and caramel. Mmmm!

Give the gift of Apple Cider Mimosas!
Of course, you could even take the supplies and a couple of champagne flutes, wrap them up all cute and take them to a party or give as a gift. How fun would that be? I just went apple picking with the kids and this is a great way to use them all up. They had a contest to see who could pick the most so now I’m pretty flush with apples, ha. I hope my friends are ready for all those apple themed gifts. Just sayin’. There is seriously no shame in my Apple Cider Mimosa game!

Is this something I can make ahead of time in a pitcher or should it be made to order?
We wouldn’t recommend making it ahead of time, but it’s super quick to make!
