DIY Washi Tape Notebook
Last year I was ALL about the Washi Tape. I scooped up several rolls at craft stores and loved their bright fun patterns. And then that was it. I wasn’t really sure what to use it for other than my cell phone charger which I still love and I kind of just moved on. Then I rediscovered this fun set of Washi Tapes I bought and decided I HAD to find some fun ways to use them. My first line of Washi Tape attack is a notebook and pencil set. This would be perfect for a tween or teen girly project and even I at my ripe ol’ age love having this fun notebook on my desk for note taking. Plus, it’s really easy!

Directions: First decide what pattern you want to create. Next take strips of the Washi Tape and place on the notebook cover. Make sure that your strips of tape can fold over to the inside cover. Repeat the pattern until your done.
I did the same thing for the pencil and while it turned out really cute as well, if it had been a round pencil I think it would have been even easier.

So, that’s it. My DIY Washi Tape notebook is done and cheerfully sitting on my desk. Now my question is to you dear lovelies…What DIY Washi Tape project should I take on next?

This is absolutely darling! I’ve recently gotten obsessed with washi tape. So excited to try this out 🙂

I have recently become obsessed with washi tape. It is the best stuff in the world! I use it in my planner to block out things like vacations, date night or my husband’s schedule. I love your note book idea!
