Now that the holidays are over, it’s easy to feel a bit let down, isn’t it? We put so much time and energy into creating all the holiday magic for our families. Am I right? And while January is a great time to start afresh, I still find myself wanting to hang on to the holidays a while longer. One way to do that is to keep enjoying “holiday flavors.”

Enter peppermint. I am such a peppermint girl. I mean, I love peppermint EVERYTHING. And I am certainly not going to put it away just because Christmas has come and gone. No way! I’ll be enjoying peppermint mochas, and the like, all winter long. In fact, one of my favorite ways to enjoy peppermint is in cocktail form.

It’s decadently delicious. And along the same vein is the peppermint cocktail we have for you today. Say hello to the Peppermint White Russian. Yum!
