Simple Vodka Cocktail Recipe

Summer is a great time to sit back and whip up a nice cocktail at home, especially this summer. With a pool handy in the backyard, I basically open up my house through fall and let the kids swim as long as they want while the the hubs and I sit poolside or join in the fun.

Of course, if we aren’t swimming, our poolside time often involve a frothy cocktail or two. Haha! This simple vodka cocktail using Pinnacle vodka is quick to make and allows you to focus on the fun instead of spending a ton of time bartending!

Now, admittedly, I really love a simple vodka cocktail. I find that vodka makes the quickest, easiest drink recipes. And not only is this one easy, but the Pinnacle vodka  in it is very smooth.

It starts off with 100% whole-grain wheat and is then distilled 5 times in the Cognac region of France. It has won a ton of awards and I can see and taste why!

Personally, I like to keep a bottle in the freezer so that I can serve my cocktail extra chilled by the pool. You’re going to want to stick with me to get my super easy recipe using that chilled vodka…

There are so many great vodka cocktails that can easily up your entertaining style. This Bay Breeze simple vodka cocktail is one of my favorites.

It tastes great and the ingredients are very accessible and easy to find. No one needs to go all over town searching for hard-to-find ingredients right before their guests arrive.

Now, typically in the summer, everyone comes out and celebrates the balmy weather. All through the season, and, even on into fall, you will find us locals sipping refreshing drinks like this by the pool with our friends.

This summer might look different entertaining wise, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun bartending, even if it is just for our immediate family. I know my hubs appreciates my efforts in the area. Just sayin’!

Plus, just that little bit of pineapple juice screams vacation vibes. And, I don’t know about you, but I could really use one of those right now.

I predict instant relaxation when you throw on some great music, Jimmy Buffet in this house, and a little pineapple in your drink, ha!
