This is a great time of year to entertain. With a pool handy in the backyard, I basically open up my house through September and let the kids swim while the rest of us sit poolside catching up. Of course typically that does involve a frothy cocktail or two. This simple vodka cocktail using Pinnacle vodka is quick to make and lets you focus on the fun!
Bay Breeze Simple Vodka Cocktail
I admittedly love a vodka cocktail. This Pinnacle vodka is from France and is very smooth. It starts off with 100% whole-grain wheat and is then distilled 5 times in the Cognac region. It has won a ton of awards and I can see and taste why! I like to keep a bottle in the freezer so that I can serve my cocktail extra chilled by the pool.
- 1.5 Oz Pinnacle Vodka
- 2.5 Oz Cranberry Juice
- 1.0 Oz Pineapple Juice
- Lime or Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour. Garnish if desired. Sip and enjoy!
There are so many great vodka cocktails that can easily up your entertaining style. This Bay Breeze simple vodka cocktail is one of my favorites. It tastes great and the ingredients are really accessible and easy to find. No one needs to go all over town searching for hard-to-find ingredients right before their guests arrive.
Since we live in Annapolis and everyone really comes out and celebrates nice weather. All through summer and fall you will find us locals sipping these on boats and docks with friends! Plus just that little bit of pineapple juice just screams vacation vibes. Guests instantly relax when you put on some great music and a little pineapple in their drinks, ha!
